BOE SOFTWARE is on the lookout for a skilled Data Engineer to join their team. The candidate should have advanced knowledge in T-SQL and a minimum of two years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Servers (2005/2008/2016, with a preference for 2016). Proficiency in creating views, triggers, stored procedures, and functions is a must.
Proficiencies and Qualification:
- Advanced T-SQL knowledge
- Minimum two years’ experience on Microsoft SQL Servers 2005/2008/2016 (2016 preferable)
- Expertise in the creation of views, triggers, stored procedures, and functions
- Knowledgeable in relational database design, development, and backend programming
- Good understanding of C# programming
- Proficient in spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage migration strategies to ensure optimal data transfer
- Troubleshoot migration issues and manage the migration tracking system
- Execute setups of physical workstations
- Develop SQL code for client implementation and upgrades
- Perform data take on and reconciliation tasks
- Liaise with Technical Specialists as necessary
- Maintain project timelines and attend meetings to discuss progress and issues related to data migration
