The Indian Air Force is inviting unmarried Indian male and female candidates to participate in a recruitment rally for joining as AGNIVEERVAYU under the musician category. The rally is scheduled from 03 July 2024 to 12 July 2024.
Venue/Location:
- Northern Venue: 3 ASC c/o Air Force Station, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Southern Venue: 7 ASC, No. 1 Cubbon Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Candidates must be born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both dates inclusive).
- Marital Status: Applicants must be unmarried to qualify for the role.
Educational and Musical Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum pass in Matriculation/10th or equivalent from a recognized school/board is required.
- Music Ability:
- Candidates should exhibit proficiency in playing either a western or Indian classical instrument.
- They should have the ability to perform with accurate tempo and pitch including playing a complete song and one preparatory tune.
- The ability to tune instruments (if necessary) is also required.
Musical Experience Certificate:
- Applicants should possess Grade 5 or above in one instrument from a recognized music institute, OR
- Hold a Diploma in music from a recognized university for Hindustani or Carnatic Classical Music, OR
- Have certificates of participation or awards in various events.
Instruments List:
- List-A: Concert Flute/Piccolo, Clarinet, Saxophone, French Horn, Baritone, Euphonium, Bass/Tuba.
- List-B: Keyboard/Organ/Piano, Violin/Viola/Cello/Bass, Percussion Instruments, and all Indian Classical Instruments.
Rally Time & Date:
- Details will be specified in the Provisional Admit Card issued to the registered candidates.
Registration:
- Begins at 1100 hrs on 22 May 2024, and it will end at the specified time on the last date mentioned in the detailed advertisement.
- A registration fee of Rs. 100 plus GST is required.
Important Note:
- Only candidates from all districts of states and union territories of India who have registered and been issued a Provisional Admit Card are allowed to appear for the Recruitment Rally.
